Billing, Refunds, Cancellation

All clients are considered as contracted for service on a "month to month" basis. No other written contract is given or implied.

WRM does not own or control any of the major search engines, social networks, or any of the review sites mentioned within. No guarantee of search engine or content removal is stated or implied. You may cancel service at any time so that you will not be re-billed for the following cycle. However, if no written notice of cancellation is received prior to your billing date, that payment will be processed and will not be refundable. Please email your cancellation notices to support@webreputationmanagement.net at least 3 business days prior to your billing date to assure that you will not be re-billed should you wish to cancel your ongoing services with our company.

ALL sales are final due to the electronic nature of our services.

Absolutely no refunds will be given for services purchased and / or rendered.

10. Copyright Agent

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require that the people who use the Site do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please forward the following information to our Copyright Agent, designated as such pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(2), named below: Your address, telephone number, and email address;
