So I found it interesting this morning when a telephone inquiry asked for a list of clients for reference. More interesting was that this person seemed a little put off when I told them that our line of work requires a level of client protection, often our clients even have very specific Non Disclosure Agreements on file with our office. I’m not sure exactly what this person expected, but with reputation management we certainly can’t just email out our client list to anyone that asks for it.
