If you found us here, you probably already know the answer to the question. Online slander and attacks on your reputation are so easy it’s absolutely scary.

It really is difficult to believe that one motivated person can cause so much havoc, but our clients come to us time and time again with almost the same situation. Someone is angry at them and has made them their project. Spending every spare minute making their life a living hell.

To the point where they file fake ripoff reports, go on review sites and forums and setup phony profiles, posting false service and product reviews. Sue Ripoff Report?

ripoff-report-angerOne of the first things that comes to mind when you find negative reviews on Ripoff Report is to take them to court, especially when you find out that they will never remove the content they have on their website.

But it’s also true that they can hide behind several laws that protect them, so you may not receive the remedy you want from the judicial system. Everywhere you look online you can read complaints about users trying to get unfounded ripoff reports removed, allegedly resulting in a sort of ‘extortion’ by the site owners to join some kind of program they have.
